NaBloPoMo February; two.

Take the last line of one of your favourite poems and use it as the first line of this post:
They danced by the light of the moon. The Owl and the Pussycat has always been a favourite for me. Not for any apparent reason, but I treasure it very much. I barely listened to it when I was younger, so it's not exactly a childhood memory, but I read it often in the past year. I will always remember the first time I read it, I asked to my Mum 'Mama, why would a pig wear a ring through it's nose? It must hurt very much.' which was when I was ten. I grew up where people pierced their ears, and at the time I had never heard of anyone piercing their noses. It just seemed extremely weird to me at the time. It would make me laugh a lot as well, and I used to sing it often, along with Winnie the Pooh's 'tiddly pom', which was a childhood favourite. Well, not much else to say about poetry.

THE HOLIDAYS HAVE ARRIVED! xoxo
